There are a lot of threads out there calling for CJ's head/ Harper or Ringer to start. I think these comments from Ringer are VERY telling regarding out nonexistent running game (and who's to blame)

“Of course I want the ball,” said Ringer, a third-year pro. “I feel I have my qualities that I feel make me just as good as C.J., but clearly I am just not as fast. But no disrespect to the fans, but what people in the stands don’t understand is no matter who you have in the backfield, if things aren’t working right up front, nothing is going to work right."

“Even if I’m in there and things aren’t working right up front, we’re not going to have success. I’ll get hit around and smacked around like he has been.”

This kind of says a lot. Even Ringer knows nobody can be successful behind this putrid line.

Sounds like the O-line has officially been called out by both RBs.

Could be a ploy for him to make himself look less bad when he sucks but I doubt it. Either way, Munchak should take notice.

    he also said

“People in the stands look at C.J. and they think, ‘OK, outrun this guy, break tackles.’ But you can’t if there’s no room there. I am not trying to deliberately point the finger at anyone, but we need to work better as a team.”

Exactly who is Ringer though? How does he have the right to talk when he only carried the ball 3 times for 30+ yards?

Sounds to me like Ringer is weaving his way through the media's questions the 'politically correct' way. Dude's about to get his opportunity and he knows it.

Ringer is way more informed about this team than anyone on this message board...

He has taken notice, and I've pointed it out in other threads. The only people who don't see it are the bunch of mouth breathers here clamoring for CJ's head.
