No way you can throw a bunch of money at a guy coming off two years out of the league. The resident star-F'ers here will thumbs up any high profile name based on what they did 6 years ago. I just hope Britt grows up quickly.

You really think a 34 year old receiver coming out of jail is gonna demand a bunch of money??

If we can get him for a Vick-like deal of $1M per year, why not give him a shot. Chances are that won't happen because of Vick. He's 34 and it will take him some time to get back into NFL shape. No chance he ends up here, we've got enough gambles going on with our young players, if we're picking up FAs they'll be more reliable IMO. I wouldn't mind Breaston or Rice personally.

Plex lost some speed before he went to jail, this guys is like Moss, all hype and will have no action left. after the eagles sign him and he sucks nobody will care about him.

He was a dominant player the last time he played...I'd definitely take him for cheap. He's going to have to have his head screwed on strait, and Locker will need all the safety blankets he can get. Plax is huge, like 6'6. That's an enormous target. 1 year, 2 million, lets see what he has left in the tank.

no let not see whats left. look at past vets temas wanted and they ended up doing nothing! Haynesworth,Bulluck,Moss,Torry Holt, ... the list goes on. Let these vets go ruin another team, Plax has no more upside. D. Will can do more for us next year than Plax could. Garson,DeSean,Britt,Dez..etc....are the WR's of today. time to get over the vets.

Dez Bryant under achieved last year and KB has never had a 1,000 yard season. You probably would have said the same about Michael Vick. And the thing is... Vick was never even close to as good as he was last year before he got locked up. Plax was banged up his last season, he's had two years to recoup and do nothing but work out. What would it hurt bringing him in? Britt is walking on eggshells and doesn't appear to have the mental capacity to keep his head in the game. I don't want to be left with another Pacman like void on our team because we saw a player ruining his own career and didn't prepare for it again.

Britt is dumb, Pacman was a thug who did what he wanted.

Plax is a waste of time, bringing him in would bring to much of a spotlight to TN just like the Moss ordeal. it's just smart to stick with the guys we have. we got enough things going on this season then have to make Plax a success story.
