Marvin Harrison is being sued by a man who alleges the Colts receiver was the shooter in an April 29 incident in North Philadelphia, according to the Philadelphia Daily News.

The civil suit by Dwight Dixon seeks $100,000.

The police case is still open.

Sources told the newspaper that Harrison told investigators that he was involved in a fight with Dixon but that he had nothing to do with the shooting.

A team official said the Colts will have no comment.

I figured this would come out some time. I wonder if this is intentionally filed the week after the bye to mess with Marvin's job as much as possible.
