Reinfeldt the Hero..

he wasnt someone i was eyeing to be released, but he is an upgrade over a rookie S playing CB. but it's ok, go ahead and act like you know what you're talking about.

here's the way im looking at it. reinfeldt has first hand experience with the guy and has watched him play and practice for the past two years and thought he was worth signing.

i would say that is good enough for me.

 

I think are special teams are going to ROCK this year. Not just with the signings of Fowler, Herndon, Scott and Gage but also if Griffen plays! Have you seen his highlight reels? The guy blocked a dozen punts and was down the field laying guys out and forcing fumbles before half the team crossed the 50 yard line! I've said it a dozen times and I'll say it again. Special teams is a third of the Game and Reinfeldt understands that.

 

He isn't or is an upgrade over Griffin playing CB? Or ISN? I'll keep acting like I know what I'm talking about, if you'd act like you speak English.
I may rather have him over griffin at CB, but from what I understand the guy just gets beaten a lot. So what's the difference between toast and toast?

 

ever hear of a typo? acting like an *** over something as minute as that is getting desperate. but i would expect nothing else from the gloat.

 

I'm sorry. It's hard to take someone serious while they're trying to make you seem like 'you don't know what you're talking about' when they have 3-5 typos within every post. It always irritates people when you point it out.

I dont know how anyone can say our secondary is better. Now, I can agree that it is much deeper, but better? Unless one of the guys there becomes pro bowl quality, we won't even MATCH last years' secondary. Hill or his replacement should be better this year, but any way you slice it, we won't have a true shutdown cover corner on the other side. Period.

I am feeling better about what we are doing. But we desperately need to make a move for a DE. The DE spot will change the whole dynamic of the defense.

 

Like I said... ANY way you slice it, we will be worse off.

You cannot replace an all pro caliber player with a bunch of serviceable vets.

Regardless of how many we have now, none are even remotely close to the talent and production of Pac.

Even with the upgrade @ S & CB, those do not equal out to be an upgrade.

Guys:

WE DON"T have an elite secondary. At least yet. All of this talk is gibberish at the moment. We have a bunch of marginal starters with a couple of promising young guys.
