    Griffin's main issue IMO is he contorts himself in very awkward positions making him very likely to get injured, then those injuries linger and he's never the same til a full year later.

    For him to succeed he 1.) needs to stop doing that ballerina stuff, and 2.) think pass first and only run when its obvious.

    Half of those are not the same type of "mobile" we are seeing today, as in run more than throw. I don't recall seeing any of those guys running the option or called qb runs on a regular basis..
