    Cruds nailed it.

I would hate to be a Steelers fan along with all those d-bags and as he said, when we win it all it will be glorious. The Steelers didn't care when they lost last year to Green Bay. Ruthlessraper was smiling on the last play, Tomlin was all smiles and laughs in the post-game interview. That's just dumb.

    F the Steelers.

Maybe the Steelers do under appreciate a Super Bowl, but they've got the hardware that says they know what they're doing over there. I agree that Steeler Nation is a bunch of jack offs tho, that's true.

Cowboy fans are the worst tho, they don't know crap about football.

New York Giants. Big media area, just won Super Bowl, and talked about no matter what.

    I guess I don't get it...

It just seems logical to watch/follow for a while and you'll find yourself drawn to a team for one reason or another. I just can't imagine waking up and saying, "I'm going to watch American football and the Green Bay Packers will be my team."

Idk, tell them to watch a few games and find what teams they like? Lol I can't really suggest a team for someone, cause you're just kinda stuck with who you like for whatever reason.

Thats exactly what happens. A female friend of mine never knew a thing about football for the 6 years I've known her, all of a sudden she walks into a bar week 1 of the 2010 season decked out in Packers gear and says shes a Packers fan. They go on to win the Super Bowl and she looked like a genius, and she told me after they won it all, that she was mad people didn't put her on to American football sooner. She's from Chili BTW if anyone was wondering.

Sooooo, shes now telling all these other people who are 25+ years old how awesome the NFL is, and it's kind of interesting seeing a bunch of soccer fans become football fans. These people are insanely involved with international soccer, and might honestly kill someone when their teams lose.

I get asked all the time why I'm a Titans fan, and some people are like why would you ever live away from a team and be their fan if they suck? That's their words to me. To them I should be a Giants fan because I live right by New York. I hear from them all the time why I should be a Giants, Patriots, Steelers or basically any Super Bowl winning teams fan and not a Titans fan. I don't believe they really even know who the Titans are, or the Panthers, Cardinals, Texans, etc. They just have opinions.

Anyways, I get asked by them to recommend a team to them. My friends give me crap for recommending the Titans so I need to know who the hell I can say is worth following the way home chick in the first part of this post did. And for the record, there's no way I recommend the Jets to anyone.

I think Carolina is pretty exciting. If they can shore up the defense, watch out.
