    Bruce Arians has hired Todd Bowles as DC in Arizona and all HC jobs are now filled, meaning Ray Horton is looking for a job. Of course this makes way too much sense for Munch to actually make it happen...

    Do any other teams, or do any teams that are successful hire from within as much as us? I feel like we're a bunch of inbred rejects at this point.

    CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports it "sounds like" in-limbo Cardinals defensive coordinator Ray Horton will end up as the Browns' defensive boss.

    So much for that...

    I wish we'd do this. If Horton ends up in CLE, the Browns have put together a very nice staff. Never thought I'd say I'm jealous of the Browns.
