Maybe they played down to us or we played well, but I really was not very impressed by them at all. And while it is true that "the unnamed one" had a good game a lot of it was blown coverages and missed tackles/interceptions (see bullock). J. Lewis is a shadow of his former self as a RB. They will win the AFC North by defalt but I don't see them beating indy, NE or even Denver when it counts. BTY, I am getting really, really tired of Fisher playing not to lose a game. When we were dominate he could get away with it, just no margin for error with this bunch. At 26-7 one more score of any type puts that game away, Fisher started running into 7-8 man fronts and allowed them to climb back in. Bad coaching, and bad officals cost us the game.:suspect:

They were without Gay-Ray and lost their backup MLB at the beginning. Keep that in mind. I don't think we'd have that much succes in running with Gay-Ray on the field.

the Shive would have been making the tackles instead of his backup, no difference in the early game - IMHO

Titans in fact were determined to run the ball in the second half despite the ratbirds stacking the box with 8 or 9 on 1st and second down.

I said it at the game. This game was lost during those 12 minutes that the Army band was on the field. Titans had already lost when they took the field in the third despite the scoreboard showing they were ahead 26 - 17
