Question about Madden NFL 08 (NOT IN RELATION TO CURSE)

    this is a question for madden gamers (so im hopin most of you)

    im finally in position to get a ps3...seein as i live in africa they are not for sale here but i no some1 comin over willin to carry that load......and def im gettin madden 08 ...but i have a question bout the game

    i have wi-fi at home...so i can get online w/ the ps3 easily..but i was wondering...i no our madden 08 rankings will be quite bad...can you update online as early as now for new player rankings? like can i update from now the rosters to make them as accurate as lets say week 10 if i had the game now? (i.e. like better rankings to some of our players)

    They won't probably will do a roster update soon, but I recently did one, and there are no improvements to our stats. Wish you could have waited I would have sold you mine, it's really not that fun of a game. They have to get up to snuff for the PS3

    really u dont think its that good of a game....

    btw guys...what is better...seeing as i've only seen couple ps3s here @ some friends/family houses....and no xbox360s...what is better?


    and i dont get what u said bout roster updates..."They won't probably will do a roster update soon" -what u tryingt o say ther...hahah...bit confusin

    Sorry about the confusion. I meant to say that they will PROBABLY do an update soon with it being midseason, but don't expect to see our rankings change much, maybe a point or two for individual players, but overall, our team stat wise isn't that good.

    The 360 version looks and plays much better, if you have never played either, then you may enjoy it, but I have been fairly unimpressed with it thus far. It's slower, and the graphics are not as sharp. Like I said, if it's the first time playing it on the ps3, then you may be cool with it.
