Wait, we won 99% of our games the last two seasons? I must have been watching a different Tennessee Titans than you were watching. You don’t math real well do you?

Hmmm ... looking at NFL stats over that period Kaepernick completions , yardage , touchdowns and rates all exceed Cassel. What am I missing ?

    Cassel 10-25 since 2012 over 5 teams.

The reason we win... Are you referring to the roughly 35% win percentage since he’s been on the team, or the 40% win percentage of the games he’s actually started? Personally, I’m not satisfied with either number. Call me crazy, but I don’t enjoy losing. Maybe that’s your thing, who knows. Either way, no where even in the realm of your 99% claim, exaggerated or not.

Nothing. The only thing Kaep detractors can cling to is a W/L % while he was with an awful team.

.... meanwhile, they'll tell you how amazing Mariota is though- ignoring his W/L.

Unfortunately, NFL blackballing Kaepernick. His skill set would help us out tremendously over Cassell. Cassell can barely throw anymore. He got robbed on that TD to Delanie but we do need a better backup.

Yes, never mind all of the baggage, polarization, distractions that come along with Colin Kaepernick. Because that stuff never creates issues within an organization, right? Is he better than Cassel on the field, probably. Is he good enough to offset all of the extra baggage that comes along with him? I think the fact that no team, including the Titans, will touch him answers that question. It has nothing to do with whether you agree or disagree with his protesting. It has everything to do with the distractions that the protesting, especially the polarization of it surrounding Kaep specifically, bring to an organization and the team in the locker room and on the field. Have to look at the big picture on this one.

All that "baggage" would be irrelevant if he even did decent within 2 weeks.

Racists gonna racist- and I get teams fearing the backlash- but most normal people have come around to the idea.

Perhaps that is all true, no way to know for sure. Name calling aside, when you praise and wear a Fidel Castro shirt, it's hard to see how he can be upset when the Miami Dolphins pick up Jay Cutler over him. Just one example, of many, of his questionable decision making. It is what it is, but the guy dug his own grave on this one.
