Pro Bowl voting now open

i hope none get voted in and then we go on to win the super bowl to shove it in everyone's face

 

He's not just putting up gaudy stats either by bombing deep balls and having them returned or putting them out the back of the end zone. I haven't seen a punter that good at coffin corner punts in at least a decade.

He's been crushing it in every phase of the kicking game. Man deserves a spot in Hawaii (or wherever they're playing it this year)

 

Kern, succup, walker, lewan, Conklin, jones, byard, woodyard, morgan, jones should all be considered.

But, i wouldn't be surprised if only kern and byard made it.

 

Do we really want as many of our players as possible in the pro bowl? Most of us don't even bother watching it, and it's another tangible notch on their belt when they come to the negotiating table when we have to resign them.

 

no... as of last week byard was the #1 voted-for FS, i think he's pretty much guaranteed the spot

 

yes..... being a "pro-bowl" player is a great addition to any players' resume. the more pro bowls a team has the better (you would assume) the team is. and if those players are young, then there is hope for the future.

their contracts might go up, sure. but if they are making pro bowls they are probably worth it
