    The secret going over is not to try and get too much sleep. If you are heading straight across to the East Coast anyway, you'll be able to get plenty of sleep on that flight. 3 hours should be all you try for on the flight over.

    Man I had the worst flight.

    Couldn't sleep at all so I been going about 36 hours on a few 10 minute naps.
    Then it was delayed because of fog in LA and we had to land in Las Vegas and wait around. Then going through customs took ages and I missed my Dallas flight.
    So I had to get a new flight from LA to Atlanta.
