    Tommy Smith: I understand how fans feel, i feel the same way. Emotionally tied to it. We're going to fix this for them. Very in tune

    Tommy Smith: Decision on Munch as timely as possible after season is over.

    Tommy Smith: Players have played hard. Want that to continue. Evaluate every player, coach after season.

    Smith says he wants to see what happens in final 3 games and will sit down with Ruston Webster and determine future of Mike Munchak.

    Tommy Smith: Says team's top non-football executive, Don MacLachlan, has done five focus groups recently.

    Tommy Smith said he will make a decision on Mike Munchak's future the first week of January

    Smith said he thinks Ruston Webster has done a good job as GM.

    Smith said there is no scenario where he would sell the #Titans

    Tommy Smith: "We're not in the losing business, we're in the winning business."

    Tommy Smith: Lame duck status of Munchak would be a concern going forward if he stays.

    Smith said the #Titans are going to get better and they're going to win

    Yeah, I don't anticipate them signing him to an extension. So there's only one other option...

    Other teams are already putting out feelers, hopefully we're doing the same.

    I feel like the lone supporter of Munch here, but it is simply because the D is great this year after having time to implement Grey and Williams scheme. Loggains is getting better every game with the playcalling, and we have been in every game except the 49ers game. I think we would be better off without cleaning house. I don't think Munch is a great motivator, but perhaps we can get an offensive assistant to change the mentality of our offense to help him out. He is fair and has put together a group of good players on and off the field, minus Britt. We are a QB and a DE away from being a great team.
