Power Rankings Thread (9/18)

The Cardinals shouldn't be ranked ahead of us IMO. That's insulting Petey!

Now that ranking is ridiculous. I guess in his book a loss is more valuable than a win. There is absolutly no reason the Titans should be ranked ahead of the Texans. I guess in Dr. Zs eyes we will go up in the power ranking if we lose to the Colts Sunday.

These rankings are real important considering we want to make sure we get in the best Bowl game on New Years..... in other words who cares.

he has houston 9th. I never saw these power rankings as being like a college ranking system. Just because a team is 2-0 doesn't make them elite and the bears sure in the hell don't belong that high. In fact no nfc team deserves to be in the top 5 as far as i'm concerned. Steelers look like a better team than any in the nfc.

Fox sports has us at 13. Houston 12. I can live with that for now. After houston gets blown out by indy and we beat the saints the rolls will be reversed. I know these dont MEAN anything, but it is fun to see what everyone thinks of us. We are getting some respect lately and we need to make sure that we dont lose it this week.

Overalls, with Johnson injured, you have to admit it increases the uncertainty about the texans' capabilities on offense...

Overalls. Even being the Texans, you can't get pity for beating other horrible teams like KC and Carolina. Once you beat someone that'll make the playoffs, THEN you can say that you should move up in opinion-rankings. Nobody takes you guys seriously, and beating teams that are just as bad as your own isn't going to change anyone's mind. (afterall...somebody has to win those games)
