Yes, I'll GTFO your pancakes and you can GTFO my thread.
We could just take Geno Smith with the 10th pick.
No way the Jets pass on him if he's there (9th).
So far Jake has sucked. So yeah- I'd like for him to light it up and shut my mouth also.
Some of you have a problem only seeing the end product. Problem is that there is some good in Locker and even the O-Line. We're really only a step or two from turning these 3 & outs into 1st downs. Break down the film, theres some good stuff happening just before the plays go wrong, correcting that isnt all that hard so long as the players are competent, which they are.
Duece, Amano, Harris, baby Matthews, these are our teams problems, not Jake Locker.
I think you are severely overrating Smith. He could easily fall out of the first round.
What? Everyone who has commented on his pro day the other day said he was amazing. 60/64 with 2 drops. One reporter on ESPN said he was hitting guys in stride at 65 yards and had much better than expected arm strength. His stock is way up right now! lol
This is all word.
I've been re watching locker from last year. Dude did some solid ass work... And then the team as a whole did a horrible job hahaha. Buncha screwups
Hype about a draft prospect before the draft? No way!
Smith has limited upside. He's probably less athletic than Locker, maybe a bit more accurate and about as consistent. He's not some superstar prospect. He's not even a Ryan Tannehill-level guy.
Keep believing the hype if you want. He'll probably get drafted in the first round because all it takes is one team to pull the trigger, but I think people are severely overrating Smith and I think the vast majority of NFL teams are way too smart to use an early pick on him when he's not much better than the QBs they can draft in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th rounds.
