I am trying to transfer a part of a picture from photoshop into a powerpoint presentation and can't get the white box out.

Does anyone know the fix to this problem?

when you cut out your picture that you want, paste it onto a new page in photoshop, so get a new page, when the settings come up in the section that says background (i think) click the drop down box and chose transparent, and then ok.

the picture will come up with no background color and then you can cut and paste it into your powerpoint without a white background.
