Vegas odds look reasonable. Nevermind... rushing yards alone... Peterson McCoy and who else?
I like the odds on Marshawn Lynch. He would be my bet at 12-1.
Yup. They do the same for passing, receiving and sacks?
Not sure. Will have to see if I can find out.
Neither LeSean McCoy or Marshawn Lynch will lead the league in rushing, and here is why. Russell Wilson and Nick Foles.
Both the Seahawks and Eagles have evolving QB's they can turn more over to. Adrian Peterson and the Vikings still have an unsettled QB situation, and will be a run first team. So IMO CG Technology got this right.
I'm not saying they didn't get it right, but at 12-1 that is a bet I am willing to make. If Peterson goes down with injury it opens the rushing title up to anyone.
I compare it to standard bred horse racing. Anything can happen in a race. The best horse doesn't always win. At any given time a horse can be interfered with, break gait, or get pinned on the rail. Too many factors to mess up a heavy favorite.
With that being said though 5-1 is pretty nice odds on obviously the top pick.
The Seahawks said that 'shawn is going to get less carries this year. I've heard some media say this will be his last year in Seattle. They like their young guys and want to stay ahead of the curve.
It will most definitely be his last year. He's getting old, Turbin has looked really good, and they drafted Michael last year.
Bishop Sankey. Yep I said it. Peeps best recognize.
If Sankey wins the rushing title, I'll be elated. But he won't, he simply won't see the number of touches needed to get most yards in the league.
