I think the only team you can make a case for being better is the Patriots.

So 2 seems fair. At least arguable.

Still pretty sure last season was just an elaborate plot by Mularkey to create expectations so he could come off the top rope on those expectations this year.

Definitely wouldn't say the Raiders were a shoe in for the Super Bowl. I'd say even with Carr, I would've put the Pats and Steelers ahead of them based on experience.

I used the same logic when picking the Packers over the Cowboys. Experience matters come playoffs.

    Raiders didn't stand a chance.

    Steelers? wtf. haha

Raiders and Pats were by far and away the 2 AFC teams competing for it. Either way- not much a stretch to have Raiders at #2.

They were going to be the top 2 seeds if Carr didn't go down, but since when does seed matter that much in the playoffs?

Like I said, the Cowboys were the 1 seed. I picked the Packers due to experience and shied away from the Cowboys due to inexperience.

Also picked the Steelers over the Chiefs for the same reason. Chiefs had an overall better team. Didn't matter in the playoffs.

Would've picked the Steelers over the Raiders in the playoffs without even thinking about it... regular season I would've picked the Raiders. But in reality, they were pretty similar teams. High powered offenses with some serious defensive weaknesses.

But yes, I'd have the Raiders ranked around #5. #2 though? That's a stretch.

I'd put the Titans at 10... based on the fact that we won 4 of our last 5 games and beat 5 playoff teams. No reason not to be better this year... if Mariota stays healthy. Big if, I know.

I would have liked to see Oakland and NE in the AFCCG.
Agree 4 is extreme for Titans.

I think 4 for OAK is fair. Falcons were to filthy last season. Packers were massive under performers last season and think they take one of the top NFC seeds this season
