How will you feel after we go 4-0?
Great read. I feel like if we play to our full potential we can go 3-1 in these next 4, with that loss being Seattle.
Colts are bad???
I like the improvement, but let's not jump ahead of ourselves here.
The Chargers do have the worst pass defense in the league.
They've proven to be better than I thought they were, but they're not nearly as good as they're made out to be.
I thought last year was pretty fluky. And I don't care what people say, the Pagano health issue helped that team play beyond their potential. Keep in mind, they also lost Bruce Arians who was 9-3 as their HC last year.
Beating the Niners in SF is huge, but it could be one of those fluke type games like when we beat the Dolphins 37-3 last year or when we destroyed the Ravens in our home opener in 2011.
I need to see more from them... this weekend against the Jags isn't exactly a test either. They'll have some tough games ahead though. We shall see.
Agreed, but they certaintly havent looked bad. And they should look stellar after seeing the Jags! But yes, we will see how good they really are...soon!
As excited as I am to potentially be 3-1, I fear being 3-4 (with a win vs the Jets).. Gotta take the Chiefs or 49ers game at least.
Yes. Beating up on an awful injury-bug-ridden 9ers team seems to have catapulted them to something different by fans that assume rather than analyze.
They've looked pretty bad through 3 games.
And THIS is why people think the Colts are good.
Have you guys seen SF play this season?
Injuries everywhere and it's killed them.
Isn't Indy tied for first in our division? How bad could they be...?
Let's see, Luck is completing over 65% of his passes, accounts for over 250yds offense per game and has contributed 5 TD's vs 1 turnover. What's his QB rating...like 92? Bad, huh? Conversely, their D is giving up a QB rating of 78. They are top 5 rushing and are winning the time of possession battle. They are also +4 in turnovers. Is that what you call pretty bad???
And the Niners didn't get BLOWN OUT because of injuries. The Niners just handily beat the Rams with similar injuries, right? The Colts dominated that game in all phases!
I'm not saying the Colts are world beaters, just that characterizing them as pretty bad is far from reality!
