    He is definitely someone to look at but the question is will they even entertain the possibility?

    The thing I like about him is he seems like he wouldn't take a lot of nonsense from the players and we need some of that.

    Our secondary has good players but they were out of place and confused much of the time and we got gashed with big plays over the middle.

    We were tied for 8th in sacks with Fewell's Giants so our pass rush couldn't have been that bad. Granted it was in part because we defended so many pass plays. No question we had too many guys with little or no sack production.

    The bottom line is that our talent on defense was much better than the results. They were not well coached.

    We had the west coast offense here and nobody liked it. When Norm Chow was OC. Short drops and short passes.

    Note that the Saints offense was much more effective when they ran the ball effectively. This year their backs were all hurt and they threw it more and Brees had 22 picks.
