He's a free agent in 4 years, maybe then?

I think he would like to play in his home state. He often talks about how the Vols turned him away and how much that hurt him.

In 4 years he'll be too old to be worth the money unless we wanna bring him in for veteran leadership alone.

Vols are idiots for not offering him a scholarship. That's scary to think they could miss that badly on a guy from their own state.

That's Fulmer for you. He got so lazy near the end of his career Basically stopped recruiting.

I know this will be a big game for Delanie. I'd love to see him go for over 100 yards this game.

He only got offers from Ole Miss, Memphis, and Arkansas St.... and Tennessee was going after the top ranked guys in the nation, and got one of them in Daniel Brooks.

Sometimes things just don't turn out the way you think...

With Jake he stands a chance. Like the link says, Willis is only running at 80%, he's missing that top gear this week. We need to exploit that.

Although I agree fat phil got lazy, wasnt the case with pattrick. He was a guy from a 1a school in rural west Tenn that didnt play against any talent and was up against some of the nations best talent at Tennessee. Phil actually regretted it so three years later he went back to that same county and got chris Donaldson who was an absolute bust. Every so often you run across guy like Willis that are just freaks of nature and can be great even if their from bruceton tn.
