    There's a reason that the Pats and Colts have won 15 of the possible 18 division championships since realignment. It's the Hall of Fame QB's.

    Jeff Fisher's team has 2 of those 3 they didn't win with QB's that can't sniff Canton!

    Ok dbc, answer this for me .. when in the hell is Fisher going to be held accountable? Because it's never him, it's the QB. Or the plays weren't executed correctly. Or if we hadn't f'd one play here or one play there, we would have won. It's been the same story over and over for 17 years.

    You can't blanket all 16 years together. Nobody can win championships when they're leaving a city to go play at the Liberty Bowl with zero support. This team became the Titans in 1999.

    Listen, I agree he's had a lot of time to get it done but he hasn't had all the right parts since 2004. That's 7 years without a SB capable QB.

    All you need to really know and understand is Bill Belicheck's record pre-Tom Brady, 41-55.

    You think Cleveland might want to go back and rethink letting Belichick walk away?

    I will continue to support Fisher until he has a franchise type QB and then fails.

    You mean like he did when he had McNair?

    Also if head coaches can only succeed with elite quarterbacks then no Cleavland shouldn't be worried about letting BB go. They should be worried about not getting Tom Brady. I mean no coach could possibly succeed without a quarterback of HoF/MVP ability. :rolleyes:
