I think the issue with firing Gray is we have NOBODY worthy of stepping up. He showed willingness to change, but still.. he needs to go. I believe he will at the end of the year. Now, let's PRAY Ron Rivera gets the can, he'd be perfect in TN. I'd also take Mike Singletary, Pepper Johnson, Keith Butler, Jack Del Rio, Romeo Crennel, Bob Babich, and Reggie Herring... are all some names. We gotta get rid of Gray!

I'm also shocked by this move. I didn't think Coach Munchak had it in him. I really hope that Gray is next. He can't blame his poor performance on personnel because we have a bunch of really good young players he has to work with.
