    That's what he says, and maybe he did. However, I've seen more than one, so someone else is making/selling them... Who else has seen this? I've seen the hat in the club section more than once, and once in end zone seating.

    Those hats are actually for sale,or were....atleast when The arcade game was extremely popular...but "Pacfan" handmade his or really all he did was throw some fake dreads on there order a custom jersey of the internet with Pacfan as the name,and found a highlight yellow Jumpsuit to wear....

    The hat he did not make...
