Pacman banned from offseason program

Kuharsky is douchebag. I've communicated by e-mail with him and he has a serious bend against Pacman.

Nowhere in the article is a quote from Fisher that supports the headline that he wasn't "invited" to attend. Fisher states that Pac has a court appearance the same date AND is rehab'ing his shoulder.

READ EVERYTHING THAT KUHARSKY WRITES CAUTIOUSLY. IMO, he is an ambitious yellow-journalist.

 

Umm... you do realise they were parked outside the house of a (or the) girlfriend of Pacman? So there was no breaking and entering.

The thing I don't undertand though, is that if he bit the officer (as was alleged), why is he not charged with assaulting an officer?

As I understand it he was charged last year, his courtdate however wasn't until this year. It doesn't seem uncommon for cases to be scheduled for the courts months after the charges are filed, although nearly 12 month seems like rather a lot. I think it's just that the courts in America, and probably especially in a city like Atlanta, are overbooked.

I must say I haven't followed this case very closely, but as I've understood it, they haven't really finalized their investigation untill now, when Pacman finally got charged.

To me it just sounds like they tried every option and eventually finally found something they might get him convicted for.
