That seems to be the case. 18 games into his tenure and we're not any better than we were when he started. We still have the same problems, some are even worse.

The run game is still a complete embarrassment. Munch needs to kick his BFF Matthews to the curb, or at the very least get heavily involved in coaching the OL. And for anyone who might say, "How do you know he already isn't heavily involved?" Well, if that's the case then he's even more pathetic than I thought.

And the defense isn't much better. Why is he still allowing Gray to let them sit back in zone while receivers run free across the middle of the field, over and over and over? How many times does a gameplan have to fail before you try something else?
