Outdoor Speakers

    Bobo...

    They have subs, but one is shaped like a tree trunk and the other shaped like a rock and the wife isn't "down" with that....

    good luck
    and be careful hooking up the volume control
    put the outdoor speakers on your B channel
    turn the (outdoor) volume control up about 75%
    then turn up you receiver to the desired max outdoor output
    that way you aren't overdriving the speakers or overtaxing the amp

    Right. Not worried at all about overtaxing the amp, but point taken.

    My neighbors sometimes forget they have the outdoor speakers on. One early morning I was blasted outta bed to the theme to "Sponge Bob Square Pants".

    I use MTX outdoor speakers. They sound just fine.
