And has been for the last 2 years. Our linebackers and d-line are so light.

Along with the terrible tackling, there's a reason why you constantly see us getting run over. We have to add SIZE, WEIGHT, in the off-season, or we're just gonna see the same pushover defense we've been accustomed to.

We're like a basketball team with no rim protector that's constantly allowing the most points in the paint, yet instead of getting a true center to help, we keep getting 6'8" power forwards pretending to play center to protect the paint. Can't coach size!

I completely disagree. If we were just getting overpowered by the O-Line, we wouldn't have had a good run stopping game against a good running team like the Texans imo.

I don't think they are exceptionally small. Using the depth charts on cbssports.com, I came up with 1904 lbs for the front 7 for the 49er's, 1893 lbs for the front 7 for the Bears, 1881 lbs for the Vikings and 1859 for the front 7 for the Titans.

I just picked those 3 because they are generally thought of as good and big.

I really do not think we have small linebackers.....at all.

I mean, everyone is convinced that they could play in the 3-4 so.......

    Marks: 294
    Wimbley: 255
    Ayers: 254
    McCarthy: 238
    Brown: 230

That doesn't look like a small lineup to me. It's not big, but it's not like three years ago when Tony Brown was the biggest guy at 285.

Man, I thought Ayers was like 230, he doesn't look like a 254 guy nor does he hit like one.

McCarthy looks like a 215 guy.

Ayers is pretty much the exact same size as Wimbley. They are both tall and rangy.
