    But the NCAA violates, and lets universities violate 'rules' all the time. Its a classic, do as I say not as I do, scenario. There was nothing morally wrong with it, and I am sure that Ohio State give this guy thousands outside of a scholarship.

    I agree, to an extent. The problem isn't whether it is right or wrong what the NCAA does... it's that he did something he SHOULD have known was illegal. Not for food or anything he needed, but for tattoos.

    It was stupid.
