We couldn't run outside at all. Our OL seems a lot slower now. Bigger, but slower.

That's not going to bode well for CJ.

Still holding hope that Pitt is just really strong vs the run like they were last season. If so- I'll be satisfied with what we got, for sure.

 

If you love what you saw today then idk what to tell you. We struggled GREATLY on offense, despite constantly having a short field and predictable plays. They were sending the house on about 40% of their plays it seemed, yet we threw no screens, and established no running game. Locker had too many inaccurate passes.

The defensive front looked awesome. Otherwise, I wasn't too happy with the return game (obviously), the secondary, or the offense.
