Offseason Rules

don't think there is much stopping players from spending their entire off season in the facility. Team cannot make anything mandatory though. Although a number of sessions are mandatory in all aspects except being called mandatory.

 

Basically, there are unwritten rules. There are team leader driven sessions during the offseason. For instance, Schwartz might send a defensive player a text message about a play in a game. The player will have game film of the game to look at the play. The player will have some other players over to look at the game film that Schwartz mentioned. It's the volun-told system.
