Worst part is they (the NFL) make it a point to warn them about this when they come into the league as rookies.

Would it be that hard to believe he didn't do anything wrong? I mean, looking at this situation only, all we know that he did was bring a stabbing victim to the hospital and that the police ae claiming he was uncooperative, which, as I've already explained can mean a lot of different things. The police will claim someone is being uncooperative if they don't hear what they want to hear. I cannot say for sure that Kenny just didn't give them the answers they were looking for, or told them to f*ck off. We don't know yet. I take it with a grain of salt when the police claim someone is being uncooperative until I learn a whole lot more about the situation than I know right now.

Britt's crimes are escalating every offseason. In two or three years he'll probably be known as the ex-football player who bombed a foreign embassy

Yeah.. a bunch of 21/22 year olds who just got PAID sitting in a room getting told to save your money dont spend. I bet half of those guys go buy a 50K car directly after that meeting.

No doubt. But they can't say nobody ever warned them.

if that was all they did they would all be fine.

Unfortunatly they as a whole double down on stupid right from the start.

Adam Jones had like a dozen apartments rented throughout the country with vehicles available at each one - I mean come on. This was stupid on an epic scale. It screamed of less than sober intentions. One of his associates was involved with a drug deal, then there was the whole shooting in Vegas - ECT!

KB is not dumb too that degree but still continuing too put himself in these situations is a different type of dumb. How many times do you touch the hot stove before you learn not too touch a hot stove?

It wouldn't be as hard to believe... if he were cooperative with police from the get-go. And didn't have the history that he has. The incident happened on Sunday morning. Now he's just now planning to speak with police on Wednesday? Even though they've repeatedly said they are looking for him and even asked for help from Bud? I just don't see those as the actions of a man with absolutely nothing to hide.

My money is on him covering for a friend. And sure most people don't view that as some heinous crime, neither do I. But it would be yet another serious misstep for a guy who's already on his ninth life.

If it comes out that he had ANY involvement in either the stabbing or the shots fired, I'd wager his days as a Titan are over.

There haven't been any reports that the cops have even spoke with Kenny yet though. Just that they are very interested in speaking to him and are looking for him. They even released a statement saying that Kenny's "anonymous spokesperson" was full of crap. What reason do they have to make public statements like this if they know they're lying?

I get it. A lot of people don't trust cops. But that's not typically their M.O. It's not like Kenny Britt is public enemy #1 and they're just trying to pin anything they can on him.

The fact that the police said he was uncooperative would lead one to believe they did speak with him.

Just to give a quick breakdown of what I've gathered from multiple reports:

    - Britt drives a stab victim to the hospital. Refuses to cooperate with police and leaves.
    - Britt returns to the apartment building and then shots are fired either just before or right after he leaves (I've seen both reported).
    - Britt disappears for the next 48+ hours despite repeated attempts/statements from police that they want to bring him in for questioning. During that time an "anonymous spokesperson" for Britt releases a statement which the police swiftly debunk as a crock of s*&t.

I just don't see how anyone can look at that information and not say something seems fishy. Maybe you choose to give him the benefit of the doubt. And that's fine. But you gotta admit it smells.

No doubt about it. I'm definitely interested to learn more about what happened. Keep in mind that for all we know that "anonymous spokesperson" might have acted without Kenny's consent or knowledge. Could be complete BS.
