Offseason Options 2013

Regardless of our front, our #1 need is safety (both positions). Before OL and before DL, we have to fix that terrible safety play. #1b is interior OL.

Yeah I think that could work ... Now we just need a competent DC that know how to run the 3-4 ... or any system for that matter

I hear what you are saying, but I just think that if there is a dominant DT in the draft, then that can hide the poor safety play ... We aren't going to get a S that hides the DL.

S and OL are still a high priority though, just depends on who is there. I am just tired of get pushed around in the trenches on both sides of the ball. I really think like dominating the trenches is the #1 thing to build a team on.

If the whole draft was DL/OL/S I would be happy

Agreed. But honestly, our DL isn't TERRIBLE... full of mediocre average players. But our safetys are terrible. I'd prefer to go OL or S (via trade back) unless Werner or Star are on the board.
