    If the Texans somehow tied up the game because they had 10 extra seconds, there would be no excuse for him not stepping in and making his wishes known on that penalty.

    I think you've taken my replies the wrong way.

    I'm not saying you didn't see what you saw. I'm just saying an NFL football coach has to react and make his wishes known.

    We've had quite a few issues with Mularkey making some pretty bad moves this season, IMO. I give him credit for establishing an identity (which we've not had for years) but I am very suspect of his ability to think on the fly.
