Nice work having an avatar before your first ever post!
we can and will bounce back after the bye. The SF game is big but it is not a must win because it is still early in the season and with our schedule we can definitely turn things around.
This game is a must win. We've lost 2 in a row, you dont want to go into your bye after losing 3 straight, thats the kind of stuff that kills a team.
This isn't the kind of team that handles adversity well, best way to keep things copacetic is to just win and avoid all questions.
how is this a must win? we are 1 game out of first with more than half the season to go! Our schedule is so much easier after the bye.
Because the general census around Titans Land will turn from us being a playoff contender to coaches fielding questions on who's getting benched.
Once the good vibes go away they dont come back. We need a win so we can go into the next 2 weeks feeling good. Since we dont play week-8 we need something to carry us for 2 weeks.
We win the feeling is we're good, we lose and the feeling is who's getting fired.
Do you really think we beat SF with fitz behind center? The bills got rid of this clown for a dam good reason, he throws games away!! I also think we don't fire anyone during the season, we need to let it play out because any given week things change.
IDK what Fitzy is liable to do, he may come in a throw his usual 2 INT's or he could come in and post a 120.1 passer rating like he usually did while a Bill. The guy is a true wildcard.
He'll throw 3 INT's within 20 throws then come back the next game and wow you.
He didn't do that frequently?
Here's his passer ratings for every game last year
83.1 threw 4 TD's and 350-yards
look at all those random good games
Exactly they are random at best. Ill eat my crow if he beats the niners but I don't expect him to do that and to ever to have a 120 passer rating ever again.
Again, this is not a must win, locker comes back at the bye and we come out strong even with a L to SF
