Off-season game idea?

This probably doesn't go here but I wasn't sure where to put it, feel free to move it if it belongs elsewhere. Anyways it's the slow time of the year for the NFL and I saw this on another board and it seemed interesting. Basically you get 10-20 people and you have a fantasy draft of all the players in the NFL (Probably only starters to make it faster). When the draft is done you set up a bracket, have votes and see who comes out on top. Hopefully that makes sense, let me know what you guys think I could set it up.

Are we supposed to draft an entire 53 man roster? Or just do 22 players?

Yea that's what I was thinking... Also, are we supposed to take age into consideration or do we assume the players we're drafting (no matter what age, i.e. Gayton) have 10-15 seasons in them?
