If they see a guy they like then they have to pull the trigger at eight otherwise they need to not take anyone at all. There is no reason to waste a pick by trying to jam a sqaure peg in a round hole by taking a QB you don't love.

Look at the Rams. They waited for two years until they found the guy they wanted and they were rewarded with Bradford. However they did missed out on Ryan, Flacco, and Sanchez in the process.

I'm totally on the Locker bandwagon now. I've always thought about Locker at 8 would be a reach but like many of you it doesn't matter now. If you feel confident about the pick then do it, won't be a reach if he makes a few pro bowl games.

Buffalo doesn't even play their best QB so I could see them taking Cam just because they're idiots. Fitzpatrick is okay, but Levi Brown is who I'd play. And in Carolina Clausen can get ready to be a back up, past 15-yards he's trash.

didnt you seen Gruden grill Cam Newton? Newton is as dumb as VY if not dumber when it comes to reading a defense and understanding the playbook. Newton said they made their plays simplistic and all he had to do is look at the sideline for the play and he ran that play.

Newton is going to be a bust imo.

Locker will be their at #8 and if he isnt then who ever gets him will have left another great player on the board. either way, at the #8 pick their will be a dominate player for us to take.

I say we draft the BPA at #8 and take a chance with Ryan Mallett in the 2nd round (if he falls to us).

That would be my scenario, but I highly doubt Mallett falls to us in the 2nd round. He will probably make it to pick #38 and someone makes a trade and takes him from under our wing.

Oh I did. I'm the biggest Cam hater on the board. Cam has bust written all over him. You would have to be crazy to take him at one. Carolina might be that desperate.

when it comes to getting a franchise Qb you cant play IF games, you take the shot when you have it. if Mallet or Locker is there at # 8 and we skip them, then the Titans dont want to win. gotta have a great QB to get anywhere imo.
