I bet you would have hated Mike Tomlin and Mike McCarthy when they were hired. Neither was a big name guy and both angered some fans who wanted a more high-profile coach. Then they each went on to win a Super Bowl.

Give this staff a chance before you criticize.

Can I get the winning lottery numbers while you're at it?

Look, no one knows how this staff is going to do until next season. If they fall flat on their face, then so be it, we move on.

For all anyone knows, we could end up being the next big dynasty winning a Super Bowl every 2-3 years like the Pats or the Steelers, or not.

But let's get through the draft and a few games next season before we determine that this staff is incompetent.

CBA had to play into the decisions also. As my grandpa used to say ' don't bleed till you're cut'. They might be a big improvement

I have to admit that I do not know much about some of these guys, but I am willing to give them a chance. I really feel that it cannot get much worse than what we have had to deal with the last few years. I will also add that if we would have hired Childress as our HC, i would have been very upset.

Why did it even matter who we had on our coaching staff when Fisher controlled EVERYTHING.

    VY Plug.

    Thanks for cussing out Fisher.

Personally I'm very happy will all the new additions... except for Palmer. I'm highly skeptical of Palmer, but time will tell.

I actually like his UFL experience. With the type of weapons we have on offense (lots of speed) I think we'll have an entertaining offense next season. I'm more concerned about the defense.

Neither Mike Tomlin or McCarthy are Jeff Fisher Disciples

Isn't that what a football message board is all about? Making predictions? I predict these guys will all suck and lose the team by week 6.

The staff has been almost entirely purged of people who worked directly with Jeff Fisher. This is not a valid argument.
