I've heard that said about Turner quite a bit from a bunch of former players and commentators. And considering that he's from the same old school league of coaches I think he could make a lot of sense for us if he's willing to coach again.

Jacksonville - No Mojo
Houston - Were up big at half, Schaub threw like 9 times 2nd half
Indianapolis - Still gave up 27
NYJ - Worst offense in the NFL

I like Gray, he's from my hometown of Lubbock, Texas but dude is just not the guy I want running our defense anymore. I thought he would be a good hire for Munchak with the limited options he had at the time but he's not been impressive (against good teams) at all.
