Is Norm Chow possibly the most important person on the coaching staff right now?

We've ALL enjoyed the Titans recent run, and VY's improvements each week, and that is a fair bit down due to Vince's determination. But is Norm Chow a critical component to the future of the Titans organisation? He's worked wonders with a player that has proved many people wrong - and we've seen what he can do with a QB with the likes of Philip Rivers and Matt Leinart.

Norm Chow has done a MAGNIFICENT job and I know a lot of people questioned his play calling and short throws last year, but I think right now he's possibly the single biggest factor in the turn around this year.

    I like chow..
He knows how to score. He also made Volek look like Brett Favre several times last season. Unfortunately we have schwartzie on the other end to make his job harder.
