too bad Martz was snatched up so quick....he would have opened our offense up

 

Is this good or bad? It depends on who we bring it. But I'm not too upset over this either.

 

Jim mora jr?

Yeah for defensive coordinator. He has always coached on the defensive side of the ball and is the current DB coach for mike holmgren. A great choice for our DC if schwartz becomes a head coach somewhere..

Kippy brown-passing game coordinator for the lions.
Worked with mike martz for 2 years and has tennessee ties going back to 1978 as a university of memphis assisstant and UT assisstant. Was also a head coach briefly in the XFL in memphis.

Was offensive coordinator for jimmy johnson's dolphins in 98 and 99 and both those dolphin offenses were top 10!

Brown may not be available.. Looks like he is the top candidate for the lions job to replace martz which makes perfect sense.

He was born in tennessee and was at QB at memphis. Would probably love to come back to tennessee to settle down for good. He hasn't been announced as the lions OC yet so maybe fisher can beat them to it.

An OC that won't have to be trained!

They question here is would Albert Haynesworth be disgruntle if we put the franchised tag on his huge arse? Great move on firing Mr. Morimoto now, we have to take a deep breath and think, who can work with VY and improve him as both runner and passer Jim Mora anyone? Just a thought!
