I'd love to pick up McNabb as a 1-2 year rental buying time for our young QB to develop. Peterson most likely won't fall to us, so I'm all up for taking Fairley, we desperately need a DT seeing how Jason Jones is more of a end.

Did nobody watch McNabb play last year? The guy was absolutely awful. I'd rather just start Collins.

I agree that McNabb is a shell of his former self, but you said you'd rather have Collins!?!? That's just torrible, a cross between "horrible" & "terrible".

If the Titans want to tank the season by bringing in McNabb, they may as well go all out and finish 0-16.

You interpeted what I said to mean I somehow like Collins. That's not the case.

I sure as hell don't want Collins to start, but I think I'd rather see him than a guy who gets too tired to even attempt to run a 2-minute drill.

I realized you weren't crazy about the idea of bringing Collins back when you used the phrase "just bring Collins back", but to even mutter the thought is just torrible. Collins is perhaps the worst starting QB material you could find. I'd have ANYONE but that man behind center. We know he sucks, why go through that gain?
