    I think the point is, they won't allow giant superbowl parties anywhere.

    They went after a church for planning a superbowl party. Ultimately, anyone viewing the Superbowl on a screen larger than 55" with a few friends is breaking copyright laws. Apparently, only sports bars/restaurants and churches are exempt from that.
