    What the heck is going on this week? Browns shutting out Cowboys in Dallas. Ok, there is an upset every week. Panthers leading the Bucs ... well, Panthers are home and it's a divisional game. Jags march into Houston and push the Texans around and tied at half? Are you kidding me? Matt Ryan has 3 INTs in the 1st quarter as the Cardinals come to ATL and lead at the half? Lions putting it together to lead the Pack? Maybe the Titans are Super Bowl bound ...
