NFL should strengthen policies on enhancers

that's essentially what's happening with A-Rod, off topic I know. But they are all calling him a liar when in fact he took the tests in '03, nobody notified him that he failed, so he honestly believes he's telling the truth because he never knew he failed a test. Shouldn't he be getting protected by the League or whomever failed to notify him that he did in fact fail, and now that this is public knowledge, and his rep is smeared because they didn't do what they were supposed to do in destroying the results and keeping this in-house?? Seems like he's being made the goat here:(
