although I want to keep him, I have a feeling that any misstep from here out will land in another suspension, which leads me to believe that a trade might not be such a bad idea-as long as we get value.

Trade him to a sorry NFC team (Detroit).

By nature, kids don't know better. They choose role models based on who they perceive is special -- not for who they are but what they do.

The NFL and the players make a bundle because of this. With that, IMO, comes a responsibility to maintain a certain standard. They don't have to be choir boys but there is a lot of huge gap between that and the stuff Jones has been involved in repeatedly.

We have less than a handful of NFL players that don't maintain a minimal standard here. Pacman is one of them.

fisher needs to hire a bodygaurd that wont let pacman within 1 mile of a stripclub and also makes sure he doesnt hang around the wrong people either.. i know its excessive but thats how much i think pacman will do for this team if he fly's straight..

I thought the same thing about Eddie George. Fortunately Pac showed up to save the day.

Trading him it's going to be pretty hard considering the baggage and antics this fool carries with him. The only teams that are crazy enough to deal with him i guess Dallas and Oakland, We could trade pac for Julius Jones anyone?..:grrhee:

McCormick in The City Paper says it well, "He's like a Ferrari crashed around an oak tree".

Someone in this league will take a chance on him. I don't know if that'll be the Titans though unless they feel taking that risk is worth the negative impact it could have if he comes back, is never the same player, and continues being a thorn in the side of the franchise.

I personally keep him and see how he does in camp and the preseason. The problem with that approach is it may impact what the team may do in free agency and the draft.
