If I remember correctly, it happened after we tried to rush him back that same year. But yeah, he wasn't touched on the play.

We haven't drafted a receiver in the top three rounds any time recently. I'm not sure when the last time was, but it has been at least three years. Kenny Britt has some serious expectations to live up to here, this isn't just a 4th round 'lets hope for the best' pick (Lavelle Hawkins), this is our first round draft choice, quite a commitment. The Titans wouldn't have picked this guy up unless they were pretty damn sure that he's the dude they were looking for. Hopefully the FO was just waiting for the perfect guy to fall to us these past couple years, and maybe they feel like Killer Kenny is that guy...I sure as hell hope so.

Thanks man. I thought it was something like three or four years since we got a top 3 receiver. Lets hope Britt pans out much better then Williams did

Well he can't pan out much worse now can he? Way to set your expectations high!

What about Roydell Williams? Before the injury he was starting to show some good things..now I don't even know where he's at

Hey! I don't go around bashing Bama players, lay off the Green Wave!

I wish I had some kind of logic to argue that it wasn't over...

It's technically possible that he could catch on in a camp this summer. He had some moments, and I'm sure he's not demanding much money.
