I wouldn't have been upset with Johnson in the 1st. We would have gotten the best value at DE in the 1 or 2 round.

    Fisher Comments on DT Johnson

SUMMARY: Titans Coach Jeff Fisher commented Sunday on the pick of Mississippi State DT Antonio Johnson. "He’s kind of a late bloomer," said Fisher. "He’s a junior college transfer. What stood out to us on the film was the strength, explosion and he has a quick first step. We really feel like a lot of his good football is ahead of him. We will work him, we will be patient with him, but he has some qualities that were hard to pass up in that round."
