So Antonio Smith decided it would be a good idea to take off Richie Incognito's helmet and swing it at him.

The NFL has suspended Smith two preseason games and one regular season game. Basically, he gets to not risk injury during the preseason and miss one real game. He obviously misses out on the game checks, but this is kind of a joke. Most, if not all other suspensions begin after preseason. Justin Blackmon is suspended the first four games of the season because of failing drugs tests. Von Miller is suspended at least the first six games because of failed drug tests. Both guys are playing in the preseason.

Smith gets a slap on the wrist for trying to bludgeon a guy with his own helmet.

    Good job, Roger.

And of course he gets to return with a vengeance week 2 against us.

And of course we don't get to play the Broncos in the first six weeks of the season.

It was Richie Incognito a.k.a the biggest azzhole in the league, I wish Antonio Smith would have connected on that.

Nope, he got it because he ignored the rules. He should keep his head up.

This should have been a season long ban IMO. Uncalled for and extremely dangerous. Texans are starting to get a real bad reputation.

I don't know about a season-long ban, but if he had connected this would have been Haynesworth bad.

That easily could have ended his season if he had connected and it was intentional. I can tolerate two guys getting heated and going at it, bringing a weapon is a whole nother story.
