My wife on "CNN Heroes"

^My Grandfather just came back from Cape Town, and he's ready to sell his house in Southampton to live there. Must be a really nice place for him to tell me that. Well I hope you and your wife's work can put a dent in Africa's health issues. And good for you guys for getting involved. I know it's more than I'm willing to do.

 

I think South Africa is the better off of the two Africas. North Africa seems like a pretty rough place. South Africa used to be a British Colony, that's why you see so many white people there. That's why Dave Matthews is an african-american. Literally.

 

Africa probably has more natural resources than any other continent. Too bad every country there, with the possible exception of South Africa, is as corrupt as a bananna republic. If Africans want to know the source of their misery they need look no further than their mirrors.
